[Spolzer] Sticky Post - Pins any single post in a thread and always shows it first on every page of the discussion.

Unlike typical solutions, the add-on takes SEO into account: the pinned message is ignored when building <meta name="description", so search engines and social networks receive the description from the first regular post below the pinned one.
