New Thread on forumhome

Can you create 'New Thread' button or icon on individual forums displayed on forumhome; right below the RSS icon button? It would certainly save on resources and be convenient to post a new thread, fast!

I will have to think about this one. I am not sure I want people to post new threads without first looking at the existing threads. Let me think on this one.
