Local Time for users

Hello,

Thank you for the amazing site. I think admin must adopt showing the local time for the members here in the forum. Sometimes, and according to difference in time zone you will send a PM for a user but he is not available because actually he is sleeping

I think its a good idea. What do you think?

You can now view a users Local time. This only works if the user has correctly set their time zone in their profile.
