[fixed] Suggestion: Remove The "..." Above The Header

Noticed three periods about the "Extra License" banner/header. I wasn't sure why it was there but I thought I would point it out in case it doesn't have a purchase.

FYI: It isn't directly above the banner it's actually a little to the right. It looks centered.

LOL, good catch. I was playing around with placement and forgot to remove it. Gone now.
