Best forum Niche?

A very good friend of mine is looking at starting up a new forum but he's confused on which niche to choose.

I have recommended gaming and music niche for him but I'm not sure if it's enough.

What are the best niche out there you think would be a good one to get into?

To be best of my knowledge, I believe that gaming niche have been over saturated when compared to other niches. I think that health niche is a very good one to start out. If can be on working out and keeping fit.
