[XB] Conversation Duplicate Warning - Warn users when they are about to create a conversation with recipients they have recently contacted

Warn users when they are about to create a conversation with recipients they have recently contacted.

This add-on helps reduce duplicate conversations by checking recently created conversations and displaying a warning when a similar participant combination is detected.
