Which extension is less professional?

Which domain extension would you consider to be less professional? A lot of companies prefer .com, .net and .org for non-profits. It's hard to think that other extensions will stand out if you want to make a good impression. So which would you avoid?

It's definitely the .xyz domain extension. I don't like it for any reason whatsoever. It looks very odd in my opinion.

.com domain is always the best of .net and .org looks good too.

I don't know any less powerful, unless it's some situation where you're trying to market outside the area of a national domain you purchased. For instance, having a .co.uk, might be less useful in the US, especially if the hosting is also British.
