@Richard Jones does not have a WTS Xenforo thread. That is probably because he doesn't have a valid XenForo license. That alone should be a red flag. I will give time for Richard to respond with his side of the story before taking action.

even he confessed it.

His part of story is :- he saying during that deal, buyer sent 1/2 money so deal was stuck.. and he refunded the money !
