1. I have an VBulletin 4 publishing suite license ( you can install vbulletin 3 too )

2. never will be expired- lifetime license

3. Is it able to be legally transferred? I don't know how do that but if possible I will do that

4. Any Screenshots?

5. How much are you selling for, how much will you pay, etc.

$100 to $120 if possible

@@lucky1991 Ask for the license # and verify it with vBulletin that it is legal and able to be transferred. Don't take a screenshot as proof.
