  3. I have imposed a new requirement today limiting who can start and receive private conversations. This is in an effort to thwart scammers who have a zero post count but private message others offering to sell their licenses. The restriction is not strict, a user must post at least one (1) post in the forum before being allowed to start and/or receive private conversations. Read Forum Post

License transfer or purchase of "second hand" licenses must be requested to phpFox Inc. and you as the new license holder will use the transferred license on your own risk. phpFox Inc. reserves the right to refuse transfers and to revoke licenses with no funding connected to at their sole discretion.

You can view their Agreement HERE

    Just an FYI Bulletin:

It has yet to be confirmed but there are rumors that PHPFox/Moxi9 no longer offer license transfers. Pending confirmation, this section may be archived if they do not allow this any longer.

Removed the PHPFox forum and classified section. PHPFox cannot be legally transferred to a new owner therefore, PHPFox doesn't need a dedicated section any longer.
