Requirements:
XenForo 2.2+

Description:
This simple addon will stick stickies on all pages of your forums. This is site wide, there are no controls for the addon, just install it and forget it. I doubt I will add any other functionality to the addon as there are other addons for that.

If you want the stickies to stand out more, use this addon by @Painbaker...
