I have a yellow lab has has developed some sort of growth on the bottom (pad) of one of her toes. Vet says we should just cut the toe off. Bummed for her, although it is only a toe. I have seen dogs with 3 legs get along just fine and are just as happy so it should improve her quality of life. Right now, she can barely put pressure on it so I know it hurts.

    Poor thingee :(

I hope you let the doctor do the cutting, because it sounds as you say it like you're gonna cut it off with some scissors:p

The doctor is definitely doing it. We got the day today, June 9. I am positive she will be fine
