Making sure seller has an XF to transfer?

How can I confirm a seller actually has an XF license?

Is there a validator or something?

Actually my gut tells me just to fork out the extra $40 (based of what people usually charge ..$100ish) and get it directly from the source. That's the best way to avoid being scammed.

Thats what I did! Love my newly XF converted forum. The members like it too.

We've been on it since March I believe.
