Lookng for a VB4.x Used Forum licence

Need only a forum licence. I have some doubts too

1, Is that forum only licence allow for right sidebar?

2, Forum licence allow portal?

3, After the second hand licence transfer, should i transfer to another party? If i want?

My budget for 4.x vb only licence is >90

vBulletin licenses are for single domains.

You are not allowed to sell secondhand licenses. If you do so vBulletin may suspend your account & license.

You are only allowed to transfer licenses that are older then 60 days.
