IPB 3.2 Board License for XenForo

I am wanting to trade our IPB license (board only) with access to 3.2 which expires on the 19th Feb 2012 for a XenForo license, I aint too picky about when the XF license expires too. This would be a straight up swap, no money exchanges hands here.
