buying 2 month old xenforo licence

Hello, I want to know can we buy a 2 month old xenforo licence, I know it is not transferable but if original owner just share login details and licence to sell it, can it cause issue with TOS of xenforo.?

seller willing to transfer licence as soon as 4 month is completed, till then I can use login details of xenforo

Short answer: If XenForo finds out, it is against their their TOS and the license could be revoked at their discretion. Secondly, it is a very risky proposition to deal in this manner. The owner could take back the account at any given time, leaving you with nothing.
