Well. You should expect that, but it's not true. I've got a vb3.8.x license (non transferable) and this is only valid until 3.8.7 path level 6. If you want 3.8.8 or higher. You need a 4.2.x license. So you need a 4.2.5 license. You can also read it here- Bllack Tiger
