Have you considered making a custom theme yourself (or trying to)? You can also usually hire pretty cheap at various sites. Elance, fiverr etc may be of use to you <3

Just a head's up you can install vbulletin on a lot of sharedhosts. Godaddy just happens to stink BTW be sure to let people know that although they are buying the VB5 license they can always download and use 3 or 4 as well. Doesn't have to be 5 (which most people will avoid because it stinks poo poo). May help you sell/trade it better
