      Welcome. :)

  2. I have a few domains that people might be interested in. One is communepoint.com. Second,heavymetalsummit.com,third ,communehost.com. There going for $6.50 so ideal if you want a cheap domain with whoisguard included via Namecheap. You can make an offer too and I'll consider them. http://www.namecheap.com/marketplace/listing-information.aspx?marketplaceid=2483572 http://www.namecheap.com/marketplace/listing-information.aspx?marketplaceid=2483571 https://www.namecheap.com/marketplace/listing-information.aspx?marketplaceid=2483573 All the best, Craig
  3. Sold Xenforo..

  4. Decided to keep the license, somebody made an offer of $40 but that does not meet my valuation of the software itself. Thanks guys.
  5. I would say give it 12 months if you are serious but plan your marketing strategy before hand. Plan who your audience is likely to be. Right down in bullet-points what differentiates you to others. The costs your willing to spend on marketing and do research on which marketing service would benefit you most and research as a whole on your niche and competitors. It's really important that you keep it active with content and that you do not sway from your core idea. Plan your budget on each site. Pick a domain that represents the core idea of your site that stands out and also good SEO practices can work wonders for getting you in the search rankings to get you more visitors. Picking attractive software can also help make people think your serious about the community your starting. It's important you keep it fresh so adding a few features now and then wont hurt. But keep a good balance, too many features and you could put people off. It's all about balance and a great Management team that can lead by example in a community. Also it's important you pick a good host, ones that slow you down are not going to do you a lot of good so make sure you invest and improve as your member-base grows.
  6. Been using it for about 8 months now, to be honest it's same old. I don't use it as much but I do admire that in terms of social input it has kind of put a bit of life into forums.
  7. I do it so they follow back to be honest but I think it's more important to find those that you have a common interest with. Although most of the time my feed is absolutely cluttered with garbage. It's that aspect that needs changing. More control over what content is posted in your feed would be nice just as you have control over your friends on Google Plus or Facebook. In terms of it's core setup you would think they would have that already but hey I'm not complaining just adding my support.
  8. Google, it's a great website Extra License. I was thinking along the lines of why there is not a website like this? And then I found you guys. It's interesting because licenses should be easily be able to be transferred without restrictions on websites. I'm a firm believer in that so you guys are a breath of fresh air and I will try and stick around to support your concept.
  9. Support is still active till Feb 12th 2013 by the way. And I'm able to transfer it now under the terms of Xenforo.
