You should look into this because the funds I have are thew PayPal Credit & they have no cards so it can only be used thew pay pal

There really isn't anything to look into to unless PayPal changes is stance on chargebacks

Well the problem is their are some who use PayPal because they have a PayPal Credit account and its all they have Im not sure if you relize this but if they have a PayPal credit account it can only be used thew PayPal because they have no cards like other credit services do. As farcas the PayPal fee that can alleays be solved buy charging the buyer a $10-$20 fee for PayPal

The fees don't have anything to do with why we will refuse payment from PayPal, it is their stance on digital goods and chargebacks. They offer no protection for us. If you payed us through paypal, the license transfers to the other member and we pay the seller, the buyer could then issue a dispute and would probably win. ......
